About the Programme

The curriculum covers a wide range of topics and provides you with a good understanding of the key public health functions. The course provides students with the professional insight to be able to work as a public health officer. You will acquire skills in identifying, assessing and evaluating factors that affect health. The college training provides students with a one-year internship programme. This gives you the opportunity to gain experience and skills in your chosen field.

AOCHT work with experienced academic staff and public health professionals. Students will be given adequate and relevant professional and practical experiences to make them employable after the completion of their study.
